Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some hair care products may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. While we take care in packaging, we cannot guarantee product condition during transit in extreme weather. Please monitor your tracking and retrieve packages promptly upon delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
HAIRVANTA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked "Delivered" by the carrier. For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
